Venice Carnival

Also this year the Venice Carnival, one of the most importnant and wellknown in the world, was opend by the traditional "flight of an Angel", which is a flght of a pubblic person from the bell tower on Piazza San Marco. This year's Angel was Giulia Solero-Maria, the winner of the last year carnival,  wore training shoes, the exclusive RealFlex by Reebok.

Together with a personal CrossFit trainer, Giulia had trained hard in one of the Reebok CrossFit training centers to be able to do this atletic gesture, difficult not only on the phisical level. The Amazing Spiderman

 

The new Spiderman film is a reboot of the saga directed by Marc Webb.
The atmosphere of the film, compared to the ones directed by Sam Raimi, and the main character played by Andrew Garfiels is very thin like our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man from the Ultimate version. The story, without spoiling you the film, shows us the birth of the super hero and his relationship with the first girlfriend (the one before MaryJane). To understand better this phenomenon I decided to go to The heart of Naples - via di San Gregorio Armeno which is the street where all the little stores selling parts for the crib are located.

Shingo Araki has passed away. For all of you, who are now asking yourself who was he, well, I did it myself! But than I found out that he's a man who, for sure, had a massive influence on the 70's/80's generetions. Shingo Araki was a character designer and he invented: UFO Robot Grendizer, Great Mazinger, Lady Oscar, Lupin the 3rd, Devilman, Knights of the Zodiac. 

E' morto Shingo Araki. Tutti voi vi chiederete chi sia e nel momento che ho sentito la notizia alla radio me lo sono chiesto anche io. Beh, penso che, in fondo in fondo, lui era una parte di noi della generazione anni 70/80 in quanto era 'character designer' di numerosi anime che hanno segnato le generazioni. Era lui a inventare: Ufo Robot, Il Grande Mazinga, Lady Oscar, Lupin III, Devilman ed I Cavalieri Dello Zodiaco.

Weekend in Barcelona!

If you asked me which city I would prefer to visit, the answer would be always: BARCELONA!!! It was stunning to find out that my "parents-in-law" and my girlfriend decided to give me a very special birthday present: 5 days in Barcelona! Yes, I know, I'm so blessed to have them! Thank you!! :)

Se mi chiedevate quale città avrei voluto visitare la risposta sarebbe sempre stata: BARCELLONA!!! Per mia grande, grandissima fortuna i miei "suoceri" e la mia ragazza mi hanno fatto un regalo di compleanno davvero eccezionale per me: 5 giorni a Barcellona! Si lo so, sono fortunato ad averli! Li ringrazio molto!! :)

This event was created by Guinness - as unique in his sector as was the first edition of the Arthur Guinness Day this year. It took place 19th of July at Live Club of Trezzo sull'Adda (Milan), where the ambassador of Guinness was the famous rock band from Milan - the Ministri.

I was thinking I should have a new watch, so I did a quick search on the internet to see what's new and cool. The search led me to: Tudor Grantour Chrono Fly-back.  So, intrigued, I tried to learn more and I discovered that someone has read in my mind! They have created a watch for me: sporty, with a new design and with many special characteristics that makes you appreciate and distinguish the new watch of Tudor. 


Stavo pensando che dovrei avere un orologio nuovo, così ho fatto una veloce ricerca su internet per vedere cosa c'è di bello e nuovo e la ricerca mi ha portato al: Tudor Grantour Chrono Fly-back. Così, incuriosito, cerco di saperne di più e scopro che qualcuno mi ha letto nel pensiero! Hanno creato un orologio adatto a me: sportivo, con un design nuovo e con tante caratteristiche e particolarità che fanno apprezzare e distinguere il nuovo orologio della Tudor.

Alchemy of Eco Relax and Design

 

I was thinking what type of holidays I would like to experience during this summer, when, reading some magazine I found an article about Masseria Alchimia - little asylum on the Adriatic's coast in Puglia, that mixes together the XVIII century hermitage and a very contemporary style.

The main theme of this place is a happy trait-d'union between the past and the present, simplicity united with the iconic furniture, poetic lights in the garden, creative appliques of the  designer from Puglia. All of this strictly uniformed under the principles of ecology, preserving the old trees and using the solar energy.

Stavo giusto pensando a quale tipo di vacanza sperimentare questa estate quando leggendo una rivista mi imbatto in Masseria Alchimia un piccolo rifugio sulla costa adriatica pugliese che unisce il fascino di un eremo del 800 ad uno stile contemporaneo.

Il tema principale di questo recupero è il felice trait-d'union tra passato e presente, semplicità unita ad arredi cult di design, luci poetiche nel giardino, appliques creativi di un designer pugliesi. Il tutto secondo principi ecologici, preservando gli alberi esistenti e impegnando l'energia solare.
